This is something that everyone needs at some stage in their lives, we all need a little help with something. Sometimes you just need someone local you can trust to look in on you and check that all is well. If you’re feeling out of sorts or lonely a regular visit from a friend or family member isn’t possible, you can call on us to provide the support you need. We are just a phone call away, we will support as little or as much as you need, whether you want an extra pair of hands, some shopping picked up, a bit of IT help or just a chat over cup of tea, our hand-picked Helpers love to make sure you feel safe and happy at home.We can also go back to your family to reassure them on your welfare and update accordingly, we do think this is quite an important part of the help provided as we feel peace of mind is sometimes all we need to be able to relax and have a decent nights sleep.
Questions/Answers
As you know we dont like change and we will of course try to make this happen for you at short notice and see if we can shuffle a few things round on our Rotas, however sometimes I am afraid this may not be the case and reality is someone on the Rota may not want to move for us as people don’t like change, but you would have someone else who would be just as caring as your regular Helper, but this is only if you wanted extra at short notice.
When we have the meeting to discuss your needs we would ask this question as we do think this is vitaly important and then discuss how regularly you would like contact and how we would correspond be it through an email or phone call. As said previously we would also have a book left in the property for our Helpers to write in explaining the time held and how the time was spent at the property this is something you can read at your own leisure.
